100k and Stable Businesses
I recently took a spin through the Acquire.com platform listings. I havenβt really paid much attention to them as my prior dips into their listings basically just led me to a bunch of half-baked projects with outlandish valuations.
This go around though, I was pleasantly surprised finding both small/young businesses at fair valuations as well as some much larger businesses also at fair valuations.
For this edition I pulled together some of the smaller ones around 100k, that seem to have a bit of staying power. Ironically they are all in the staffing/hr space.

The business would benefit significantly from someone skilled in business development, particularly in outbound sales, to drive further growth. Leveraging the satisfaction of past customers and gathering positive reviews will be key. Additionally, increasing pricing, improving conversion rates, and enhancing digital and social media marketing efforts could attract new clients and boost growth. The six-year-old website with 350 articles also presents an opportunity for additional monetization through traffic and content marketing.
Key Concerns
The business is categorized as 'SaaS,' but it's more accurately a productized service with an e-learning component and optional coaching. Additionally, the relatively low valuation multiple is attractive, but understanding the specifics of service delivery and client satisfaction is crucial.
