Details on that are sparse in the public listing. If the training is just contracted out or handed over to a 3rd party that is ideal, and parts of the listing imply that, but in another sentence the seller mentions not scheduling training to accommodate their lifestyle. Details need to be clarified on that to really make an assessment of acquisition feasibility/valuation.
