My take: A meaty Ecom business that gets better the longer I look at it. Evergreen, non seasonal market of appliance parts. Their own house-brands and proprietary designs/tooling. Exclusive supplier agreements. 18 years in business. 8000sqft warehouse. AND 50% margins! That kind of margin is incredible for a physical product ecom brand with warehouse. I’m about to drop my laptop lifestyle to scoop up this business!

The listing doesn’t mention employees but I’d have to assume at this size there is a solid team behind it. Of course it would be important to understand the hr infrastructure behind it before making an offer. Optimistically there is a warehouse manager and a handful of warehouse personell. Everything else (cust service, product design, marketing, ordering) could be handled by remote contractors or VAs. There’s enough profit to afford a proper GM, cover debt service if you financed, and still take a juicy owner distribution.

Appliance parts are relatively simple and universal (speaking from my hvac knowledge) so there’s countless manufacturers for these parts and at this volume you would have some buyer power.

If you bought this business I think you could be back to laptop lifestyle after 6 months on site.

The valuation is very fair for a business like this. So long as the revenue isn’t trending down or the seller isn’t picking and packing orders I really like this thing. I don’t think this will be on the market very long.
