Pool / Spa Dropship Biz Doing 952k SDE
Listing Type (?): Interesting Find

Hey gang it's been a minute since since I’ve sent a deal! I’ve been quite busy working on my current businesses which are off to a good start of 2026 (I like it when that happens)!
I'm planning to get back to look for more acquisition opps and sending out deals here — albeit in a more informal format than I’ve done. Just the quick and dirty.
Today we have an interesting find.
Pool / Spa Dropship Biz Doing 952k SDE
Asking: $3,700,000
Revenue: $14.4m
Caught my Attention…
The 952k dropshipping really stood out. It's rare to see a drop ship business doing this much revenue / margin.
Authorized dealer status with 2 manufacturers. This keeps out competition.
Meh
152% you growth. Sounds good... but anything that takes off like a rocket ship can fall just as fast. It also indicates the seller has some marketing brain power behind it that you may not have.
6.7% margin… vomit. Margin gives breathing room and better fcf as you grow. There’s better businesses to acquire.
Seasonality. I've owned businesses incidentally to the pool/spa market. They can be highly seasonal. Sales are often highly concentrated in a 2-3 week period each spring and fall as the season turns.
My take
This could be a decent business for some one already in the pool / spa industry or with operational ecom infrastructure, but the high growth rate and low margins make it a hard business for the regular person to acquire — and there are better targets to acquire. The likely buyer is an ecom fund that has capital to deploy, and I think it'll trade at a 2.5-3x valuation. This 3.88 is too lofty.
